In-Person Events: Starting from $10,000 per event, varying based on venue, size, and additional services requested.
Webinars: Starting from $1,000 per webinar, depending on the number of participants, length, and the level of technical production required.
Workshops: Starting from $2,500 per workshop, varying based on length, number of participants, and complexity.
Live Shows: Starting from $10,000 per show, depending on the scale, location, and technical specifications.
Remote Event Production with Equity Option
In addition to our traditional Remote Event Production services, we're excited to offer an innovative Equity Option. This new approach allows us to align our efforts with your business goals, by investing our skills and services in return for equity in your event's revenue streams. This option is available for events that involve selling products, courses, and coaching programs.
Our services include:
Product Launch Events: We can create a buzzworthy virtual or in-person event to launch your products, using captivating storytelling and immersive experiences to attract and convert your target audience.
Course Promotion Events: We offer tailored event solutions to promote your courses, from webinars and workshops to larger virtual events, effectively driving course enrollment and engagement.
Coaching Program Events: We will work closely with you to produce events that highlight the value and uniqueness of your coaching programs, using various formats such as webinars, podcasts, and live shows to reach your audience effectively.
Cost and Equity Details: Our equity option allows us to work together to achieve your business goals. Instead of a full upfront fee, we offer the possibility of a reduced service fee in exchange for a percentage of the revenue generated from the sale of your products, courses, and coaching programs during the event.
This option is designed to foster a more collaborative and goal-aligned relationship. It ensures we share the risk and reward of the event's success. The percentage of equity we would receive is determined on a case-by-case basis and will be agreed upon before the commencement of event planning.

Product Launch Events: Starting from $7,500 or reduced fee plus 10-20% equity in product sales generated from the event.
Course Promotion Events: Starting from $5,000 or reduced fee plus 10-20% equity in course enrollments from the event.
